What is the end of the world called in the Bible?

In the Bible, the end of the world is commonly referred to as the 'Day of the Lord' (Malachi 4:5, Joel 1:15), the 'Great Tribulation' (Matthew 24:21-22, Revelation 7:14), and the 'End Times' (Matthew 13:39-43).

However, the term most closely associated with the end of the world is the 'Second Coming of Christ', which is described in several New Testament passages (Revelation 19:11-21, Matthew 24:30, Luke 17:26-27).

This event is characterized by a dramatic and catastrophic conclusion to human history, marked by Jesus' return to earth, the resurrection of the dead, and the final judgment of all people.
